The collection consists of the proceedings of N.A.M.'s first 17 annual conventions (1895-1913). Also included are Board of Directors' and Executive Committee minutes (1906-1911) and a copy of N.A.M. President David Parry's October 1903 open letter to organized labor. This document took the form of "A Reply to questions put to him as president of NAM by the Central Labor Union of Indianapolis." Collateral records include the constitution and official directory of the National Business League (1903), the proceedings of the NBL's 1912 convention, and the minutes of the August, 1907 meeting of the National Trade Association.
